I know this is probably more of a OWWM ??? But, I would rather source something out locally first. I am in the process of restoring a Parks/Craftsman 12" planer and noticed that one of my parts should be replaced. Now I can probably get it to work as is, but if I am going through all the trouble to restore this machine, I should put a good part back on it. The part I need is A-36 the "Pressure Bar" and maybe a mounting stud for it.

I know this is a shot in the dark here, but I hope there may be some other OWWM folks out there with a "donor" Parks laying around.

Send a PM to Bob Vaughan (his name is listed in all lower case). He lives in Roanoke, VA but recently joined North Carolina Woodworker last month. He aligns and fixes that kind of stuff all the time and should be able to provide you sources for parts. By the way, he also has two superb FWW videos on YouTube on how to align jointers and planers- I think he demonstrates on an old 13" Parks.
