Here is a serving tray, I just made. It's really nothing special in the design or construction. Size wise it's 12"x 16" x 5/8", all long grain with finger cuts made with a router and a cove cutter and small metal ball feet. What makes this special is the wood. It's some of the nicest looking Ambrosia Maple I've seen in a long time. Unfortunately I was only able to get one piece appox 5" x 6' @ 4/4 or around 2BF. Wished I could of gotten 100 BF or so of this. Photo does not do this wood justice!

That is some spectacular wood, and you've put it to good use. Very nice work

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

My photos never seem to capture the grain/color/figure the way I wish they did.

That piece already looks beautiful in the photo. I can only imagine how cool it looks firsthand!
