And what Scott said regarding the saw blade. The stock blade is pretty lousy, invest a few dollars there.

Ditto what Scott and Bas said about the stock blade. I thought I had the worst bandsaw on the planet and then I got the 1/2" wood slicer. Much better. Enjoy!
