My oldest daughter has been after me to build her a small table for her rear entryway hallway. 'A place where we can drop off our keys, purses and wallets when we come in', Daddy'!!!
I went through my small stash of red oak and came up with this.

It is built using 3/8" dowel pins for the apron to leg joinery and halfblind dovetails for the drawer. It stands about 30" high and has a 16" x 16" top. There is a very slight taper in the legs (insides) from about an 1 1/2 down to 1" square at the feet. It was finished with a very light coat of Minwax Pecan stain and four coats of wipeon poly.
Needless to say after doing tables for the past four projects, I am ready for something new

Thanks for looking!

PS ......Scott and Jeff. My supply of red oak is starting to get real low!!!!
