One of my girls wanted the old set, so I made some new. Coffee table next after I figure out how it should look.

Joe,

Beautiful tables. I really like the design. Is that your own? What kind of wood? Finish?

I'm (we all are) looking forward to some photos of the coffee table.

Thanks for the kind words folks.
My design. Been waiting for one of the mags to make a plan, but ran out of time. Walnut with wiping varnish.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Very nice! I like the glass top. Since you made your end tables more for display purposes, you might consider some drawers in you cocktail for conceled storage.

Beautiful design and excellent execution there Joe!!!:eus a_danc

Are they individual panes of glass in the sides and how thick is the glass that you ended up using?

Can't wait to see the treasures that will be displayed in the base!!!

Oh! And that walnut really looks special!!!

Great Work, Again Joe!!!!!

Took another pic this AM; maybe it shows the window panes & glass shelves (might be the green line) a little better. The muntins are formed with a window bit set from MLCS so each pane is set in like a window. All 4 panels have mitered edges and the 'door' is held by 4 magnets.
Didn't like the original knobs, so waiting on delivery. 2 of the 'door' panes are left out so I can get it open til the knobs are installed.

Thanks Joe, that does show it much better, and yes those are the green lines I was referring to. Thanks for showing your fine work in better light
