Just trolling for ideas...
Last year I made friends and family members cutting boards for Christmas. I was able to keep my cost below $10 to $15 each (depending on which combinations of wood I used for the various ones) and massly produced the work went fairly quick. I'm looking for some ideas for this year probably in the same range as far as materials. I did make 4 or 5 of my co-workers those inbox type trays for their desk out of wood. A similar office application type gift would be good this year.
Any thought/ideas/suggestions? THANKS!

I got my board for around 23 bucks and so far I have about 6 soap dishes, 3 spoons, and enough to do a bunch more |

This may be a good option with some nicely figured wood and include a bottle of wine with it. Does anyone have any specific specs on the angles, width and length? Thanks again!

Clock face can be bought for about $10.00 and the wood is negligible. Here's a link to the video.

I made these Christmas before last and they were a hit. It's a great way to use some thin stock. Just make one that's twice as long as it is wide for casserole dishes.
Speaking of which, I need to whip out a couple before this Christmas.

This should help! I have done a bunch of these, and everyone loves them.
Good luck! |
