Yes I am kilted in the photos, but I am also 48 pounds lighter! Halfway there in only 3 months. I think the second half will be a little slower, but I will do it.   |

I have been very lucky so far in that it has been pretty easy, because my food intake before I started dieting was really really lousy! At some point I will have to change up and try something new once my body gets used to the new eating habits. Good luck and if I can do it anybody can. An interesting note. It is not the same kilt in both pics. In the thinner pic the kilt is 4 sizes smaller then the first pic. | |

(Must be a trend. I have been doin' South Beach for the last month and managed to shed 10lbs. Sure do miss my taters, beer and bread though! - Its a Canadian thing!  )
