Yes I am kilted in the photos, but I am also 48 pounds lighter! Halfway there in only 3 months. I think the second half will be a little slower, but I will do it.

Tom, my sincere congratulations and keep on keeping on, Brother. I need to drop 50+ and it's the hardest work I ever tried. How'd you get this far?

WOW Tom that really shows your weight loss well. I think it all came from under your chin
I am glad that it is going so well for you, but I bet your family is even happier to know that you will be healthier to stay around longer.
This doesn't have any thing to do with your current employment status, does it. I could chip in to feed you a bit more, if so

Dave

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Reggie, that is a great question. I know for each person weight loss is different, but the best phrase I ever heard on weight loss is 4 simple words "Eat Less, Burn More"

I have been very lucky so far in that it has been pretty easy, because my food intake before I started dieting was really really lousy! At some point I will have to change up and try something new once my body gets used to the new eating habits. Good luck and if I can do it anybody can. I will be happy to tell you more if you want to pm me your phone #.

An interesting note. It is not the same kilt in both pics. In the thinner pic the kilt is 4 sizes smaller then the first pic.

I wondered about that. Thought that you had a pair of suspenders hidden under your shirt!

Lookin' good, Tom.

(Must be a trend. I have been doin' South Beach for the last month and managed to shed 10lbs. Sure do miss my taters, beer and bread though! - Its a Canadian thing!)

Keep it up. I bet you feel a whole lot better!

Congrats,

Wayne

Nice going!!!! Last year I lost 35lbs but put 10 back on this year. It is time to hit is again. Swimming burns it off, but also makes me hungry, and I have no will power!
