Another anniversary vacation is in the books
it was a nice peaceful time until Wed morning when we ended up at an out-of-network doctors office having more MRSA cut out of Debra Man that stuff grows wicked quick !! $1000 later we decided to come home so she could see her regular doc ....you know , one that actually takes her insurance

We actually came home thurs but it has been hectic again with her after care

I am glad to be back ....you folks have been busy! Building things , getting married, and just in general being woodworkers and family members

Obligatory pics

Re: Back from OBX

Welcome home bro!

I'm really sorry to hear that your trip was cut short and that the shop widow is still having some issues. Nothing worse than being away from home and having to go through that. Anyway, at least you guys are home and that has to be way more comfortable for her and you. Nonetheless, it looks like you all had a good trip. The pictures are breathtaking.

I guess you saw our thread. Yep, we're hitched now!

Best of luck with your wife's recovery. Both of you will be in our prayers.

Sorry that LOYL is still having bug problems too. That one seems to never go away. The pictures make me envious of the time you did get to have out there- I LOVE the Outer Banks.

Massive mojo sent, Robert. Take care of the Mrs, and be careful not to run yourself down in the process.

Re: Back from OBX

MRSA- been there, done it (three times), don't want to do it again! Praying for Debra's COMPLETE recovery. It's been almost a year since my first, and nine months since my last. I'm glad pictures weren't of MRSA site. Most here wouldn't have the stomach to view them. It is nasty stuff. I didn't even want to look at mine, but I had to in order to open the drain three times a day, or as needed, which was more than three times a day. Thankful that I didn't still have BCBS, as they would have surely canceled me.

UGH.

I echo the sentiments on your anniversary getaway and the pix are beautiful.

Poor Debra, God bless her. Keep the humor comin', somehow. We love you both!
