Ok, I have received my "proof" copy of the calendar I made some more necessary changes. You may now order them; this is as good as it gets

Steve, I can verify the price. In the process of ordering five. And they offer a $5.00 coupon for email address referrals. So I'll hold on for a few minutes and if someone sends me a PM with email address you can get the coupon. Of course, I'm certain you will be getting lots of email from them too

One can give the email address of up to 5 "referrals". Each will be sent a $5 coupon via email ( only good on orders of $20 or more). As a "referrer" I will also receive a similiar coupon. Of course it will only be good on future order

The referrals have to be entered as the order is processed/confirmed. I was able to access the webpage yesterday, but since the order has been processed it's no longer available.
