Hold on to your belt sanders, here comes some really exciting new changes!!
We have added some new items to the Help Desk. Tah-dah!
Type of Help Needed- Problem: This is when something just isn't working as expected.
- How Do I: When you would like to have something explained or expounded upon.
- Promote Event: Help you promote an upcoming event. Some options include the Upcoming Events box, Scrolling Marquee, Calendar and/or Sticky Thread.
- Create a Form: We have a feature to create forms. Including sign up sheets, order forms and more. When you want more than what you can get from a Poll, consider a form.
- Make Thread Sticky: Request setting a thread to "Sticky". Keeps it at the top of the list of threads in a given Forum.
- Suggestion: Comments you'd like to pass along improvements or nifty ideas.
- Other: Well, uhm, anything else!
The three new items will require Staff and Board review and approval.
