March 1st 9:00 - 3:00
What I hope is that we can have at least 2 people there for those hours. One to man the desk and answer questions about the site and one to actually turn the pens. Since we want to get as many people as possible involved, double discounts, I thought we could do one hour shifts at each.

So here is the sign up sheet. Please only sign up if you are sure you can make it.

Desk:
9 -10 toolferone
10 - 11 Mike L
11 - 12 Doug Robinson
12 - 1 Roger (aka Sapwood)
1 - 2 DaveO (as needed)
2 - 3 sawduster
Demo
9 -10 Woodartz (Bob) Pen Turning
10 - 12 Bas Worksharp
12 - 1 DaveO
1 - 2 ?????
2 - 3 ?????
It is first come first serve. Please reply for time(s) you want and I will update the list.

Steve, I haven't heard back from Paul, but I was planning on being there 10-12, maybe even a little longer than that (depends on how busted Roger's chisels are...). And how much time I need to buy stuff

I'll be a newbie at turning a pen since I never have. I'll join in on anything really. I plan on being at klingspor's no later than 12noon. I'm sure there's not enough time to teach you how to my Tower speakers or a crossover, but I share as much info as I know.

Big Gulps huh! Welp see ya later.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Steve, I'm sorry that we can't help. John started working this week and dropping me off and picking me up on the way. We are leaving at 5a and getting home about 6p. This is the first and only day we get to be home. We just don't have the 5 hours to get there and 5 to get back plus the time there. I hope more wwkers in that area show up and help.

So in the Future could I man the counter, or get double discounts. It just sounds good thats all. I will be willing to join in on any demo, even though I have never turned a pen. I have used many other shop items and could show others how if thats what your going for. Well I guess I learn more today when I get there.

Thanks,

Matthew & Rachel

Starting my first work shop, discounts are a plus at this point, and any other time of course.
