I was in the Charlotte store last week, and had no trouble. I wonder if the problem is the guy behind the counter not knowing how to give the discount when he checks you out? |

Coleman and I have been on the phone for the last 30 -40 minutes attempting to figure out if there is a real issue. And there really isn't. Sometimes I'm late sending out the list. There was one issue of ZipCode typo error, etc. Another issue of cooridination between Kinspor and myself. We are just trying to find out if there are any others that need to be fixed.
As far as the check out people not knowing what to do, that's not an issue. The way their register system works is that they ask your you zip, etc. The system then figures out if you should get a discount and computes it for you. No muss or fuss.
