want to build similar train

i looking to hire a good woodworker/craftsman to build a similar looking train.
i will have someone else handle the engine and mechanics (steering, wheels, etc). a good portion of this train skeleton is made of high quality wood. i need to find an experienced person to help build from the bottom-up. i am located near greensboro and looking for someone nearby.

1) number of years of woodworking experience
2) do you have all the equipment/tools to finish the job with a high level of work (yes/no)?
3) your estimated cost to only finish the locomotion/engine/front of train
4) your estimated time frame
5) pictures of your previous work for referrence
