Hey, I have a friend that is getting a Black Walnut tree cut down in Garner. He wants to make boards out of it. If any of you can do this or know someone who may be interested in this, could you please contact me ASAP?

Thanks

Tony ...

Tony, you might want to start with this list - http://www.ncwoodworker.net/forums/view.php?pg=sawyers
Do you have a way of getting the log to the mill, or do you need it to come to the log? I wish you friend the best of luck, there is nothing like going from a tree to a finished woodworking piece.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Mr. Master Sergeant Sir, If you want someone local to saw it on site for you. You may want to try and contact Jack. I think he carries his sawmill to you and saws for you. He's local to you, plus he has a clever name (Saw4You).

Thanks
