I am looking for a piece of cedar 3 x 3 x 24 to make a lamp. does any one have or know where I can get such a small piece?

I've bought some in that 3x3 size from Lowes .... however, it's not at every Lowes. Just call to see which Lowes in your area has it. For me, it's the Pineville Lowes only.

You are talking Eastern Red Cedar, right?

If so, I'll cut a couple pieces this weekend and we can get together early next week.

Does that work for you? If you need it quicker you are welcome to come get all you want.

Yes ERC is what I am looking for and am in no rush to get it. LOML wants a lamp and I already have base made of ERC. Lunch next week works for me every day but Monday I need to be in Mooresville then Tuesday is wide open right now.
