And I cannot seem to find it in stores any more. Anyone ever used it or know where I can find it or a similar product? Its manufactured by Valspar I believe. I love the stuff, makes a great finish on old tools.

Never used the stuff. Enter your zip code here and you might find a valspar distributor near you.

What exactly is it? Like a tung or danish oil, or more like a machine oil. I've never heard of it before. Start educating me on your first day. Thanks, Dave

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Its an oil based finish. Basically you slap on a thin coat, rub it out with some steel wool, do that a couple times till it looks good deep, then rub in some linseed oil. Leaves a very deep, smooth satin finish. My dad turned me on to it, and we arent too terribly scientific about things. I dont think Ive ever actually seen it in its original can. You can use it on metal stuff too, turns rusty iron black.
