Know any woodworkers in Augusta Ga?

Looking for a fellow woodworker in Augusta Ga so that I can buy some shop time to finish up some projects while at school. Thanks friends.

Re: Know any woodworkers in Augusta Ga?

Michael,

I think I'd google 'woodworking store' for the area and then ask the folks who work there. They'd be the ones likely to know the local woodworkers.

actually Mike, you must be talking about the course on Fort Gordon, every year after some little tournament in Augusta, many of the top players are invited to play there, and it is consistently regarded as a fantastic course - with a higher level of difficulty than Augusta National - even after the course lengthening there. less exclusive, too

I haven't been to Ft Gordon since I was stationed there in 1960 (my last duty station) but I assume that you have checked to see if there is a base hobby shop.

Re: Know any woodworkers in Augusta Ga?

I suspect Michael's commitments for his Warrant Officer Advanced Course may preclude his playing in the post crafts-shop. When I was there in 96(?) on a tdy I believe it was co-located with the auto hobby shop.
