Anyone know someone around Charlotte that builds/installs true hinged, swing out Carriage House Doors? We're looking for something like this one. The opening is 8' wide and 7' tall.

I made these a couple of years ago. Not difficult, but takes some time and a little help. Each door is about 300#. Hinges are custom made.

Good looking doors Joe. I thought about making them but just don't have the time. And I'd rather spend the time I do have working on my fun projects.

The hinges look really good. Where did you get them?

The hinges are cut down & hammered recycled cultivator shanks. Both sides.
