I have the folded flag from his funeral. I would like to display this in a case. I have seen some of these before, but don't remember where. Does anyone have any knowlege of this, and possibly some plans for building one?
Thanks,

They have pre-made ones from Michaels Arts and Crafts, and similar places. Depending on how complex you want it to be, you can go all out. Basicly, make a right-triangle, with 45 degrees on the other corners, dado for custum cut glass, and rabbit for 1/2" ply back.
I recommend that you then put the triangle onto a stand to display. If it were me, I would woodburn a picture of him, in dress blues, and have his dates of service. Also, if you have his medals and awards, display them as well.
Good luck!! |

I had to come up with something after about 10 minutes of searching

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Exactly what I was looking for. I feel really compelled to make an extra nice case in his honor, because he was a fine man and a great Marine. Semper Fi...
Thanks again,
