Hello,

First of all, I'm new here - this is my first post. So much great information. Thanks to everyone for sharing your knowledge.

I'm interested in purchasing an edge sander with a small footprint (similar to the Grizzly G1531 ). I've had communications with Jim Roche, who is selling this ACME edge sander here: http://www.ncwoodworker.net/forums/v...p?do=ad&id=744

But, I'd like at least a 4" belt (preferably 6"). Does anyone know if these machines and be easily converted? I think Jim's is the 2C. Can you just put 4C drums on the machine and use 4" belts? Has anyone done this? Are parts easy to come by?

Thanks for any help.

Jeff
