All the plans I have been able to find are basic no style. Something like the nice looking chair style that Splinter had build but of course child size. Thanks to all in advance Dwight

Not a bad looking one here ... http://www.woodcraftplans.com/cw006.htm

Maybe PeteM can chime in too and tell you where his plans came from ... as he has some sweet adult size chairs (which I'm sure could be scaled down)

I built and cut the parts for one last summer. I just reduced the dimensions for a full size chair down by around 2/3rds. I don't know if you'd consider it to have style. The only picture I have of it is a WIP, for some reason I never took any pictures of the final works

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Here's the one I did. Plans from American Woodworker #87 June 2001.

Not the easiest version to build but I think it is the sturdiest and I like the design.

I scaled it up to make a love seat so it should be easy to scale it down for a child.

These are good plans. You can either order hard copies or plans that are e-mailed to you in PDF format.
