I've not seen it offered anywhere locally, it is a very soft wood. You might try using Maple it is just about as white as Aspen.

Holly is supposed to stay white - but you'd probably have to get it on the INTERNET. I have had very good luck with vendors on e-bay for unusual woods since I am not buying big quantities or size. What's your project?
