I don't have one for sale. But if you have your choice, I recommend the Porter Cable model with the two blades. The FF sized biscuits are very handy. I have a DW and wished I had known about the PC before I bought it.

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

Dave, sell him your DeWalt and then buy P-C machine. I have two Dewalts (one sold under Sears label) and an VERY HAPPY with them.
I haven't run into a need for the FF plates.

Re: Biscuit joiner wanted

I don't think the sale price of a well used Dewalt will equal the price of a new PC...just giving him my 20/20 hindsight, if I had it to do all over again.

I guess I'm still in the dark ages with a doweling jig, a portable drill and dowels. Just can’t see myself using something named after a food so enjoy so much, biscuits.

Re: Biscuit joiner wanted

I'm pretty sure I agree with Dave... While I have never used the DW, I do have the P-C plate joiner and am VERY happy with it.

Re: Biscuit joiner wanted

Thanks Mike,

I would gladly haul something from Apex. I am in Durham and have a daughter at App. in Boone.
