Snow in April!!!
Can you believe it? This is April 7th the cherry trees and azeleas are in bloom, trees are leafing out and this week I had the AC on in the shop and it's snowing!!! Go figure  |

I have seen snow in June before.... of course that was on the Canadian border in northern New York.. And I also remember lots of snow before Thanksgiving as a child, too, which made the last weekend of deer season a rather cold adventure. 10 years since I've been skiing and counting

We had about an inch and a half here -- heaviest snowfall of the year, but the sky is nice and blue but it is still in the mid-20's.

Got about 4-5"s here in North Asheville (Town Mtn @ ~3200') and the temp gauge said 18F this AM. With the sun out it'll be gone by this afternoon.
