Yesterday I helped Steve Coles clear out some space in his shop.

And fill up some space in mine.

Re: I helped Steve C. clear shop space...

Congratulations on the new toy...er tool! It is way too clean for a real shop tool. Are you sure Steve even used it? Looks like it just rolled off the factory floor! You better get busy creating a little sawdust to spread around on it! Have fun, but watch those fingers.
Take care,

Dolan, Congrats.... I have one of those yellow toys and I love it. I use mine a lot. It is a great toy. Sorry, tool.

I am not sure your experince level but make sure the table is square to the blade (right to left). Also loose the guard/hold down clamp. It is a real pain. If you need any help with blade selection or other questions just give a yell.

Re: I helped Steve C. clear shop space...

Steve, I got it bolted to the mobile base like we discussed. I turned it up to the max speed and it passed the nickel test. Now I just need to learn how to use it.

Nice!

Is that the DW788, the model that HD had on clearance a few years back for around $200 including stand?
