Finally!!
As some of you may know, I've been trying to get hired as a full time firefighter for about a year and a half now.
I just got an offer from Morrisville FD this morning! 
I start 1/2/07.
Just thought I'd share the happyness!

Chris, I think you already know, there's more to life than money. A rich man in my mind is not necessarily a man with a lot of money or goods. Doing what one likes for a living, speaks to me of a man seeking true riches. I wished I would have thought this years ago.

The Morrisville FD is just down the road from us .... here in Cary.
I have heard from a volunteer firefighter out of the Parkwood team, that the guys over in Morrisville are a great, supportive bunch. I am sure that you will really enjoy working alongside them!
