So I'm down at Myrtle Beach for a couple days. Came to pick up the bandsaw from Dino, and figured the family could use a lil trip. What a nice guy. Let me leave the trailer at his place for a day or two while we tootled around doing the tourist thing. And man what a beautiful place and well equipped shop! I mean, I ain't never been intimidated by a drill press before. And, like I told him, having that table saw is cheating.

Trog,
I had the pleasure a couple months back to meet Dino and see his shop. Wow! well outfitted and cleaner than most ORs. How about the disk sander, it's probably still winding down from the demo he gave me. Jim

No lie, but I'm afraid it'll wind up being an expensive demo.

Hey Trog (aka Stan): While you were off ogling at Dino's shop today, my wife and I slipped quietly into your driveway about 1:30 PM today and found the three 6" blast gates you'd left on the hose rack -- you dog was the only one around and she's sworn to secrecy -- thanks for them -- And we hope you can offload that beautiful bandsaw a-ok when you do get home! Thanks a million!

That mutt talks a good game, but stomp your foot and it'll need to be somewhere else, real quick.

You're more than welcome. Glad you could put the gates to use. Got three more if you know anyone who needs them.

No wories on the unload. Got a hoist in the ceiling we used to pull engines. It'll be a one man snap to back the trailer in, chain it up, and hit the button.

Boy it must be nice to have a 3-bay detached garage er... shop building! How much of it is shop space and how much is overnight vehicle storage?

Again, thanks!

It's all shop space. My wife enjoys telling everybody how crazy it is to build a big garage and then park out in the weather.

Hey Trog don't forget to get us some pictures of the band saw in your shop. Once it's set up , anyway.

Thanks

Jimmy

Singed, sealed and delivered; Trog is now the proud new owner owner of the MiniMax MM20 Bandsaw. Got it all loaded up on his trailer this morning and he is on his was back to Asheboro. We had a nice visit and I enjoyed meeting his family during their stay here at MB. My shop looks normal again and my tool buying days are over-I hope. I am now working on getting some storage for some of this lumber that I have scattered all over creation; and I probally need to pay DaveO a visit and learn how to turn. Seems like every time I try I get a little worse.

If you have 6" blast gates, I am in need of some.
