I know that at Dan Nicholas park they have an arts and craft fair. Does anyone on here go to it? I seen some fine woodworks.

Michael, I am not familiar with this park. Is it in Salisbury?

I googled the name and found the park listed on the North Carolina Science Teachers Association page. Dan Nichols Park Nature Center Salisbury 704-636-2089.

Maybe someone in the Salisbury area would have more details.

I have done that craft show at Dan Nicholas. It is always in October and it is open Sat. and Sunday. Huge crowds attend.
What else can I tell you?

BTW Michael, where in Salisbury are you located-----I am about 8 miles west of town.

Maybe one of you guys in Rowan Co. will post a reminder when the event is advertised in October?

Thanks,
Barbara

Jerry I live outside Faith. I used to live on Briggs rd. Off of 150, its off of Sherrels Ford Rd also. I live on Castor Rd now. I am sure Leigh will want to go, so I will remind you all.

Barbara---------I will try to remember to post the information on the "Autumn Jubilee", as it is called, when I find out. There is a lot of entertainment, food booths, and demonstrations. You will see a lot of craft booths with "trendy" items and not much higher end items. What is there is usually well done though. I have not been to it in several years so I am going from memory.
