Re: Tool Envy

<grin> Jeff, I'm really going to miss the bragging rights that went along with having my own "stripper", although it was a bit dicey admiting that it was a "male stripper"....

As to Stripper's history... Stripper showed up here on the farm around 5 months back. A very friendly and outgoing cat, he was obviously someone's house pet that had been "dumped" in the country (happens frequently).

Any new stray that show's up makes a quick trip to Laureen's surgery in order to "lose some parts"... And, as part of this process, she has to fill out a surgical record with a name for the cat.

After spay/neutering hundreds of feral's and rescue's, coming up with a new name can be a challenge. Probably the most esoteric three cat names that we've had were "Nacho, Cheese, and Salsa". Seems that there was a Mexican restaraunt in the parking lot at the shelter where they were working that day...

Anyway, Stripper got his name because my wife is more gifted in surgery than in spelling. Seems that she looked at him, saw his tiger stripes and decided to name him "Striper", but mispelled the name on the record!

Jeff, congratulations on having your new Male Stripper!

Scott

ps - we'll be sending his medical records along with some deworming and flea treatments this week. Pls send me a PM with your address. Thx dude.

Re: Tool Envy

Scott thanks for making my daughters day, stripper seems to be comfortable in my daughters bedroom. I'll make sure I PM you my address...

Your still the only guy I know that has a 25HP 50" blower, my God that thing is a monster. No need to worry about dust in the shop just make sure you bolt the tools to the floor before you fire that thing up.

Thanks again

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

You have to love Scott. We were standing under that picnic structure today and I said to Scott as I looked around, looks like your shop and he said, Yes, it does!!!

Re: Tool Envy

That story reminds me of my brothers three cats: Parry, Ripper and Bally. Parry's full name was Parry, Ripper's was Riposte and Bally was Ballestra. Can you guess what my brother's hobby was?
