I just had to pass along something that gave me quite a chuckle this morning.
After Scott Smith's momentous Grizzly shopping spree, he sent an e-mail to Shiraz Balolia, the President of Grizzly, complimenting him on his very helpful and attentive staff. Scott received a quick reply back from Mr. Balolia and that is where the humor comes in.

[quote=Shiraz Balolia]Hello Scott,

Thank you for your message. I am travelling right now and not at my office. I really appreciate your business and your comments. We have some great people on our staff and Kim is no exception. I hired him just over 20 years ago and he is very good.

I heard about your visit from my staff in Muncy. Some of them used a term that I was unfamiliar with though, so perhaps you can help me out… All of the male employees spoke highly about the equipment that you purchased, and were envious regarding your 2008 Ford F450 King Ranch crew cab big dually pickup truck and big trailer.

However, all of the women were envious about your “Bas”; I’m embarrassed to admit that most of the women did not recall who you were until one of them mentioned that you were the guy with “the Bas”, and then they ALL remembered you. I’m not sure what a “Bas” is, but whatever it is it sure impressed our female Grizzly employees! Seems like they all wanted this Bas thing for themselves…

If you have any issues I am sure Kim will take care of them, but if you need further help, do not hesitate to contact me directly. Thank you once again.

Regards,

S.B.

Scott I hope you don't mind me passing this around. I know that Bas needs a little head-swelling every now and then.

Respectfully submitted,
Dave

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.
