I rode the Gary Kirby Triathlon in Raleigh on saturday. I started 102 out of 201. I finished 13th overall in a time of 1:07:27.
I was 2 in my age group 45-49 and 11th of the men.
I passed 3 people in the swim. I passed a lot of people on the bike (30-40) and I passed 8-10 people on the run. No one passed me all day!
I had the 6th fastest bike ride of the day averaging 21.3 mph.
My next one is the Smile Train Triathlon on June 28, in Wake Forest.

The question- a Speedo - for the swim? Nope. Trisuit. It is a one piece suit that zips up the front. Its like a pair of bike shorts attached to a sleeveless top. It is worn from the beginning to the end, Swim, bike, run.
