I was a pleasantly surprised. Ordered some stuff from Klingspor Wed. around 9am. UPS showed up with the boxes 10:30am on Thurs. I was thinking of taking a trip this week to Raleigh but scheduling that around the Mrs. and the baby gets a little challenging. Quick processing and a discount, can't beat that.
When I first moved to NC I ordered some things from Klingspor, and when the package arrived it had a bag in the box with an address circled, and a note telling me how close I was to the store which is in Hickory. I have since taken the 30 minute drive to the store, and have always had good CS. Friendly folks and a great discount program for North Carolina Woodworker's, can't do much better can you??
