One of our members is moving and sent me a list of things he wants to sell. A lot of them were new in the box. Well, i am kind of the same. I have a jet 709060 dovetail jig with all the aluminum templates new in the box, except, i took out the instruction manual several years ago to read it. Cannot find it. Since i am un-employed and have some time. I would like to use it.
Can anyone help me on the set up and usage of the 709060 jet dovetail jig. Jet does not list it anymore.
Thanks
james
p.s. Better yet, is anyone local to wayne county that would be willing to give me a hands on?

I would help but I have never used a jig to cut dovetails
This woodstock jig is supposed to be the same as the jet

Re: Help!!!jet dovetail jig

Don't know how close the Jet is to the Porter Cable jig. But the manual and advanced manual is on the Porter cable website. I don't have the address in front of me but a Google search should get you there.
